need a minimum of 5 people, please sign up ahead of class which
will begine October 7th, 2010
Belly
dance brings women of all ages, shapes, and sizes together in sisterhood
and celebration! Belly dancing increases flexibility and strength
while enhancing muscle tone to the entire body.
Women who learn this dance come together to honor their feminine
side. Belly dancing can increase self-confidence while providing
exercise and fun!
Amira our instructor will gear the class to seniors and will guide
you through stretching moves to limber you up at the start of each
class.
The fee will be $5 payable at each class.
